> Prototier-1 is a precision metal forming manufacturer in Beeton, Ontario, Canada (founded 1996). We design and build tooling in-house and run stamping, laser cutting, CNC machining, welding, and assembly under one roof, with CMM inspection on every program. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and supply Tier 1 automotive manufacturers and other regulated industries on low-to-mid volume programs.

- [Metal Stamping & Forming](https://prototier.com/capabilities/stamping): 15 presses from 40 to 600 tonnes, max bed 1219 mm × 2134 mm (48 × 84 in), in-house tooling design and build. Complex formed geometry, deep draw, forming simulation. No brake press.
- [Laser Cutting](https://prototier.com/capabilities/laser-cutting): 4 systems including 2D fibre (Ermaksan Fibermak Raptor, Bescutter 6kW) and 3D five-axis CO₂ (Mitsubishi VZ, VZ10). Max sheet 1524 mm × 3048 mm (5 × 10 ft). Max cut steel 15 mm.

PPAP levels 1 to 3, control plans, FAI, certificates of conformity.
