CNC
Machining
Our Capability
Machining under
the same roof
Not every feature on a metal component can be stamped or laser cut.
When your part needs machined surfaces, bores, threads, or close-tolerance features, we handle it in-house.
Working under the same roof as our stamping and laser operations means fewer handoffs, tighter control, and one less supplier to manage. Our CNC machining centres handle part sizes up to 1400 mm × 660 mm × 635 mm (55 × 26 × 25 in), in metal and plastic.
Equipment
CNC and manual,
under one roof
Our CNC machining centres run complex geometry and surface machining to high precision, with part sizes up to 1400 mm × 660 mm × 635 mm (55 × 26 × 25 in). A full manual toolroom backs them up.

Toolroom Support
The toolroom behind
our stamping

Our machining department supports our own tooling operation. Die components, punches, inserts, and repair work are handled in-house, which keeps our stamping programs running without waiting on outside toolmakers.
Across our 30-year history we've CNC cut thousands of dies for sheet metal prototypes, plus inserts for customer production tooling.
Machining with your forming?
If your part needs machining alongside forming or fabrication, tell us the full scope and we'll handle it.
